This NVQ Level 7 Construction Senior Management is a work and discussion-based diploma, using your current skills and knowledge based on the aspects of senior construction management including your technical knowledge, people management skills, procurement, forecasting, and quality assurance. You should also have an understanding of the financial management of construction projects. This Level 7 NVQ in Senior Construction Management is made up of a number of core, mandatory units, and some optional units. Your assessor will help you choose the most relevant optional units for your professional development and current skill set.
