Course Overview
The Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Controlling Lifting Operations Slinger Signaller – is designed to assess occupational competence in the workplace. Learners must demonstrate their skills, knowledge and experience in operating items of slinging and signalling loads. This qualification is suitable for practicing construction slinger/signallers responsible for moving loads on site.
This NVQ provides formal recognition for operators working in the construction environment.
The NVQ is delivered while you are on site working with your assessor supporting you on a 1-2-1 basis.
The primary purpose of this NVQ is to confirm your occupational competence as a Slinger/Signaller.

Your knowledge will be assessed using professional discussion or a written reflective account and observations of your ability to operate.
